This spacious, modern apartment is arranged across two floors and has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, flexibility and privacy for contractors, families and group stays. The layout allows guests to enjoy shared social spaces while still having separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. We also have another apartment in the same building, sleeping a further 10.

The main living level features a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large windows creating a light and airy feel. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a full master bathroom with bath and shower, allowing guests to minimise stair use once inside the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and all essentials for self-catering, while the generous dining and living spaces provide ample seating for group meals, working or relaxing. High-quality furnishings and hotel-style bedding are provided throughout.

The lower level is accessed via an internal staircase and offers two further double bedrooms along with a second modern bathroom with shower. This arrangement provides additional privacy and separation for larger groups.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and benefits from professional cleaning between stays, fast WiFi, self check-in via lockbox, and a layout designed to feel like a true home from home.
